I build businesses around performance, resilience, and longevity.
Over the years, I’ve founded and scaled multiple brands in fitness and performance — while learning that strength without balance eventually breaks.
My work has reached thousands of people across different demographics and needs. From elite performers to young athletes, from busy founders to people simply trying to maintain capability as they age.
Today, my focus is simple: build well, train smart, stay capable, and protect what matters most.
Most people know me as a founder and coach in the fitness industry. What matters more is why I do this work — and what it’s taught me about building things that last.
I’ve spent over a decade building businesses in the fitness and performance space. Not as a side project or a passion experiment — but as the primary focus of my working life.
Through Gravity Fitness, Force Fitness, Little Lifters, and Hanu, I’ve learned what scales, what breaks, and what actually lasts when you’re trying to build something meaningful.
Early on, I believed growth was the metric that mattered most. Revenue, reach, recognition — the standard measures of success. But as the businesses grew, I started to see the cost of that mindset.
Health declining. Family time disappearing. Decision quality dropping. The very strength I was helping others build was eroding in my own life.
A weekly note on strength, balance, and longevity.
